The Customer accept responsibility in every sense for Trademark rights, Copyright, Authors rights and Certificate of manufacture. Never use a Logo without the Consent of the Owner! Branded goods (embroidered or printed products) cannot be returned (of course yes, if it is a fault of the product). Without a sample on approval we cannot take any responsibility for the finish and the colors.

Our offer applies exclusively to: Industry, Trading company, Manufacturer, Service company, Self-employed, Freelancer, Authorities, Associations or other conduct trade companies. Business between entrepreneurs is not subject to the Consumer Protection Act.

This non-binding offer is specifically intended for industry, trade, craft and trade. All prices are net prices in euros and do not include VAT. A delivery to a customer in the EU may only be made VAT-free if he can prove his entrepreneurial status. He does this by disclosing his sales tax identification number. We reserve the right to only sell items in commercial quantities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices apply to the items shown according to the description, but not to content, accessories or decoration. The place of jurisdiction is Spittal an der Drau.

You submit a binding offer when you go through the ordering process. After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and listing its details. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, its only intended to inform you that we have received your order. The purchase contract is only concluded when the order confirmation is sent. If your order contains products that are refined by us (e.g. by embroidery or transfer printing), we will check the feasibility of your order and create an e-proof which we will send you in advance for checking. Delivery dates are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept returns of new, unfinished goods if our delivery was not more than two weeks ago. After processing the return, you will receive a credit for the calculated value of the goods.

The collection can be requested by phone, fax or e-mail.
Please understand that the items with individual finishing are excluded from the right of return.
Of course, your statutory warranty claims remain with these items.

Our rule - delivery times to delivery:
   - Product without denaturation: 4-5 working days
   - Basic data check and E-proof: 1-2 working days
   - Product with refinement from the time the order is clear: 2 weeks
A specific promise of delivery times cannot be derived from this, as this depends in the individual case on the time, availability, working hours, capacity utilization, etc. We check availability and capacity utilization when the order is received.

Please only deliver your data in PDF data format.

We accept no liability for incorrect print results due to conversion errors or other file formats. A vectorization of your bitmap file (jpeg, png, ...) is also possible as part of the "professional data check" (option during the ordering process). Bitmap motifs must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (fonts 1,200 dpi).

Please note the following criteria when creating your data:
- Only use vector graphics (raster graphics are not suitable for embroidery programs).
- Convert all fonts to curves.
- Convert all lines to contours.
- Avoid color gradients, color gradients cannot (only to a limited extent) be displayed.
- Create your graphic in the desired size (1: 1).
- Use the CMYK color mode. Our program will then automatically determine the best thread color.

We check your print data as part of the basic data check:
- Correspondence of the data with your order (print size, colors)
- General usability (minimum size, file type, password, damaged data, export errors, objects outside the print area)
- Number of colors
- Lines created as contours (at least 0.40 mm)
- Color mode (CMYK)
- Overprinted elements
- Fonts converted to lines
- Levels
- Quality of the data
- Displacement
- Transparencies

However, if errors are found so that we cannot create an embroidery program, we offer you three options:
- Resupply of corrected data.
- Order change.
- Post-processing of your print data.

Post-processing of the print data can be done with the professional data check (option during the ordering process) or after a processing fee, which we can offer individually after checking the print data.

We have a lot of experience in creating embroidery programs. We will advise you accordingly that your project will be a success.

Please only deliver your data in PDF data format.

We want to make sustainability accessible to all people and organizations. Certificates help us to do this. They make complex processes easier to understand and the interrelationships can be seen at a glance. Our customers have a choice.

We are currently working on labeling all products with certificates in the shop.

During the ordering process, you have the option of uploading your graphic file to your order. You can also upload multiple files (hold down the Ctrl key) to send us e.g. If you do not want to upload the graphic file at this point in time or if your graphic file is larger than 10 MB, you will receive a separate e-mail with a link where you can upload the graphic file after completing the order

Should a new delivery of the print data be necessary, you will receive a link by email to upload.

For all orders for products that are refined by us, we check the feasibility upon receipt of the order. Your graphic file will be subjected to a free basic data check. On the basis of the ordered products and the selected finishing in connection with the graphic file, we assess whether the feasibility is given. From this we create an e-proof (proof sheet) from which the most important points such as e.g. Positioning, color combinations, proportions, etc., emerge. You will receive this e-proof in advance by email for approval before we start production. With a release sample (for a fee) you will receive a sample of your order in advance so that you can check the result. You can also select this option during the ordering process.

Before your order becomes a binding order, you will always receive an e-proof from us in advance. The e-proof is a proof copy of your order from which you can better see the details (positioning, size ratio, colors, etc.) of your order. We always try to adapt the E-proof as closely as possible to the later result. Unfortunately, this is only possible to a limited extent, especially with textiles (different structures, colors, sizes, ...). That is why we can only give a guarantee on colors and design with a release sample. With the approval sample, a copy of the order is made after the E-proof approval. We send these samples to the customer for assessment and only start production of the rest of the order after they have been approved. You can select the "Approval sample" option during the ordering process. Note that the delivery time is extended depending on the release time.

The storage and processing of customer and order data takes place in strict compliance with the applicable statutory provisions. With your registration you accept our data protection regulations. You have the right to information about the data stored about you at any time. The customer and order data necessary for business transactions are saved and processed for our own advertising purposes. A transfer takes place to our service partners, as far as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, e.g. to the parcel service commissioned with the delivery. For the purpose of credit checking, we may request creditworthiness data from business information services. We need your e-mail address, e.g. to clarify the order or to be able to inform you about the receipt and dispatch of your orders and to be able to communicate with you quickly. We use your e-mail address exclusively for our own advertising purposes, of course only if you wish and as long as you have not objected to it. The deregistration is possible at any time. Note: If you object to the further use of your data for advertising purposes or would like information about the stored data, as well as deletion and authorization requests, a message via the contact form is sufficient.

Encryption

We encrypt all data transmitted to us using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method. An SSL connection is an encrypted network connection between a server and a client (browser). This is one of the safest and most common methods on the Internet and is therefore also used for online banking.

Does PromotionMax use cookies?

We use cookies to help you visit our website to make our website as pleasant as possible. Cookies support the use of functions such as memos and shopping carts and make it easier for you to use them, for example by not having to repeat certain entries. Accepting cookies is not a prerequisite for visiting our website. However, the use of the shopping cart / search / memo function and the ordering of products are only possible with the activation of cookies. No security-relevant data is stored in the cookies. If you do not want cookies, you can deactivate them in your browser. However, as described above, certain functions on our website are not available to you.

For orders with finishing, we always check your graphic file as part of the basic data check. Your graphics will be checked for feasibility and errors for the creation of the necessary machine program. Your graphic must meet the graphic requirements in order to create an optimal machine program from it. With the professional data check, we offer you as a service to prepare your vectorized graphic file in such a way that an optimal machine program is created from it. As a rule, the vectorized graphic can be uploaded "as is" during the extended data check. The "professional data check" option can be selected during the ordering process and is only required once per order (even if there are several items). The differences in detail:
